Welcome to the Ballarat and District Multiple Birth Association

We are a group of multiple parent volunteers who are here to help other families on their multiple journey. We run events, catch ups and information sessions that are specicific to families with twins, triplets and more.

The Ballarat and District Multiple Birth Association is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting families with twins, triplets or more. Established in 1976, BDMBA provides encouragement, support and social opportunities for families of multiples.

At BDMBA we celebrate the joys of parenting multiples and understand the highs and lows that are associated with being a parent of multiples.

We are here to support each other and be the village to help with raising your multiples
