Are you expecting twins, triplets or more?

Firstly, congratulations, and welcome.

We understand all that comes with expecting multiples.

We are here to support you and your family on your pregnancy journey and beyond to ensure you feel as supported and connected to others on this journey with you.

Every multiple pregnancy experience can be vastly different from another, however together we are a wealth of knowledge and support for you and your family on your pregnancy journey. We encourage you to become a member throughout your pregnancy to ensure we can support you and your family to our capacity throughout this period. Never too early in pregnancy to join either, we are here for you regardless of trimester and the journey that follows.

Member to Member Support

We can connect you to other local members who has been through the same twin, triplet or more type pregnancy whether that be DCDA, MCDA or any other you are carrying, to connect, ask questions, and lean on for support. We have multiple parents within our community who have had care locally, also others who have experienced many of the Melbourne based hospitals who are invaluable with their insights to support others who may experience similar.

Preparing for Multiples Antenatal Information Sessions

A few times each year our association, in conjunction with local healthcare professions and organisations, come together for our "Preparing for Multiples" antenatal information sessions. These sessions are an incredible opportunity to hear first hand pregnancy, birth and the initial postpartum period experience from other parents and get incredibly valuable multiple specific information from local obstetrics, midwives, special care nurses, lactation consultants and more. Please click on the link for "upcoming events" to register for the next.

Online Local Community

We also have a beautiful local online community group for members only where members share questions, experiences, suggestions, tips and tricks, CLOTHES and all the other essentials needed throughout pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period!

Connecting with other families expecting and raising twins, triplets and higher order multiples

Across the year we have many social catch ups which we encourage expecting families to come and connect.

Gatherings include:

- Mothers Day Celebration - celebrating our beautiful Mums and Mums to be

- Fathers day Celebration - celebrating our Amazing Dads and Dads to be

- Christmas celebrations and plus many more.
