FREE parent information session with Zach Anderson from Uplift Therapy.  Some topics that will be covered in this sessions include: ● Childhood brain development  ● Attachment theory and how is plays a fundamental role in childhood years ● Latest research around sensory preferences for multiple birth children ● Nature vs nurture debate and how it can effect a child of multiple births ● Importance of building strong and individual identitys ● What is regulation and how it impacts on everyday life and routines for our children and us as parents All parents of Multiples Welcome. The Ballarat and District Multiple Births Association are proud to present this antenatal program designed especially for expectant parents of multiples.  Sessions are held over two nights with guest presenters from a range of fields including: obstetrician, anaesthetist, midwife, lactation consultant, physiotherapist, MCHN and parents of multiples. Join us for our annual BDMBA Christmas Party! Held at Russell Square on the 3rd of December from 2.30 til 5.30pm. We'll have Kelly Sports A jumping castle for the littlies Christmas crafts and colouring Cookie decorating Snacks and drinks and, of course, a visit from Santa! Multiple families of Ballarat! Join us for our annual BDMBA Halloween Disco on Friday 13th October 4:30-7PM at Russell Square.  Tickets are free to all families with multiples and include dinner for kids! If you are a BDMBA member and know a family of multiples in the Ballarat and surrounding areas, bring them along for some spooky fun. There will be dancing, games and prizes for best costumes!  We can't wait to see you all there!

SIP AND PAINT 🎨🍹 We want to celebrate all our wonderful super mums by having a fun night showing off our artistic skills, enjoying a few wines and adult conversation  The costs of the night is $25 per ticket which includes all paint supplies, nibbles, non Alcoholic drinks and a little gift from us. BYO alcoholic drinks  7pm onwards at Russell Square, Brown hill.  We would love to see as many of our multiple mums as possible 🩷

Bobbi has 30+ years working in behaviour therapy and is committed to providing services to help families move forward This is a free event for all our BDMBA members however if you know someone who would benefit from the amazing Bobbi Cook we are welcoming non members for a small fee of $5 per ticket.
